Brivas Iris Security (BIS)
Brivas Iris Security is an iris recognition system integrated with Windows, replacing the traditional keyboard login with iris recognition login. With this system the users of a PC can access the system by simply looking at a camera, without the need to key in a single letter or memorize difficult passwords.
The integration of Brivas Iris Security with Windows is configurable, that is to say that in any moment the Windows login system can be substituted by the Brivas Iris Security login system and vice versa.
It is also totally compatible with access card login systems, and in this case, the user will access by identification of his iris. In the case of wanting to deactivate it a card can be used for access and in the last case by Window’s own password.
Brivas Iris Security is a system capable of managing the multiple users that could exist in a single PC. When the user’s iris is recognized the session automatically starts up.
Another option is to integrate the system centrally, (for example, using a LDAP directory server) with various users that remotely access from their computers. This way the server will be in a centralized machine and each computer will connect to it to access information.
